Arrive Delhi. Meet and greet at airport. Transfer to hotel The Claridges/ Visaya. Delhi is the capital of India, and it`s also the travel hub of northern India. Morning breakfast. After breakfast depart for morning tour of Delhi visiting Raj Ghat, the National Memorial of the father of the Nation, Also drive past President`s House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and India Gate (War Memorial Arch ) followed by Humayun`s Tomb. A quick lunch, bordering on street food but served with proper care and hygiene. Take the fascinating “ Sham-e-Dilli “ (Delhi By Night Tour). Arrive at Qutub Minar, the UNESCO World Heritage monument and proceed for the tour. Later, proceed by car to Lutyen’s Delhi to board a horse driven carriage (Baggi). Ride on the baggi, just like how it was a century ago, marching through the prefect roads of Lutyen’s Delhi, engaging anecdotes, heart warming stories of the Mughal – British era. The evening is followed by dinner in one of the most iconic restaurants of Delhi. Overnight in Claridges.

Proceed to a Morning Walking Food tour of Old Delhi, Also visit Jama Masjid, spice market, Chandni Chowk and drive past Red Fort. Evening free for leisure / shopping.

After Breakfast, transfer by surface to Agra. Afternoon visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Proceed for “Sham e Taj” – Agra by night. Get on to a Tonga and ride into an evening of a glorious sunset with the Taj and an exclusive introduction to the extra ordinary story of humble beginnings, dedication, an undying love for the art, achievements and life of the National Award winning Master craftsman of the legendary marble Inlay work (as in the Taj Mahal). Be his private guest and enjoy a sit down dinner, in the courtyard of his home cum workshop, in the heart of the city. Overnight at Trident Hotel.

Morning breakfast. Proceed to Samode by surface. Arrive Samode and check into Samode Palace. Amongst other things, Samode is an epicurean’s haven. Spend an evening of delightful conversations of royalty and an era gone by. Overnight at Samode Palace.

Amritsar

Early morning breakfast. Proceed to Jaipur airport for flight to Amritsar. Arrive Amritsar.Transfer to hotel Ranjit Svassa. Proceed to visit to the Golden Temple or the Harmandir Sahib. This holiest place of the Sikhs The Harmandir Sahib was designed by the fifth guru, Guru Arjan Devji. Overnight at Hotel Ranjit Svassa.

Delhi

Morning breakfast. Proceed for a cooking demo followed by lunch in a popular ‘dhaba’ in town and find what is so special about the water in Amritsar, that the nuances of its food can’t be found elsewhere. Proceed to the airport for flight to Delhi. Arrive and check into Holiday Inn Airport. Overnight at Holiday Inn Airport.

Chettinad

Morning breakfast. Transfer to airport to board flight to Madurai. Arrive Madurai airport and proceed by surface to Chettinad. Arrive Chettinad and check into your hotel The Visalam. Time at leisure. Overnight at Visalam.

Morning breakfast Proceed for a learning culinary experience with the chef. Chettinad cuisine is one of the most aromatic and yet healthiest cuisine in India. Shop for vegetable with the chef and come back to the kitchen to learn some of secrets of this cuisine in the traditional kitchen. Evening take a tour of the famous Chettinad Mansions. Overnight at Visalam.

Munnar

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast, drive to Munnar. Arrive at Munnar and check into Tea Bungalow. Take a walk around and breathe in the fresh air. Evening at leisure. Dinner and Overnight at Bungalow.

Morning breakfast. Take a sight seeing tour of Munnar. Sightseeing tour around Munnar takes one to tea gardens where picturesque colonial towns and meandering mountain streams present photo opportunities galore. The Tea Bungalow is a plantation bungalow. It is set amidst sprawling tea gardens and a walk around the estate is a must. Process your own tea leaves and take it back as a souvenir. Dinner and Overnight at Bungalow.

Kumarakom

Morning breakfast Proceed to Kumarakom by surface. Peal open the secrets of Kerala cuisine through an interactive evening with the Chef and his spices. Dinner and Overnight at Coconut Lagoon.

Morning breakfast in lush green surroundings. Take a stroll or a guided tour around the resort, discover butterfly garden, Ayurveda centre, coconut husking or the canoeing in the canals.
